Create, search, and filter your equipment requests

You can create and filter the equipment that you use for your meetings, conferences, trade shows, demonstrations and events. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing enables you to perform these at ease.

  1. On the Home tab, choose Marketing Execution.

  2. Under Event Management, choose Equipment Requests.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all your equipment requests.

  1. Type in a word or phrase into the search bar.

  2. Click Go or press Enter on your keyboard.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for items that match the information you entered.

  • Click any column heading to sort the list using in alphabetical order; click it again to sort the list in reverse alphabetical order.

  • Type in a word, phrase or part of a word into one or more of the Search fields above each column. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing displays all the items that contain the word, phrase or part of a word you entered in the field. If you enter information in two or more fields, Microsoft Dynamics Marketing searches for items that contain the word, phrase or part of a word you entered in both fields.

  • To filter by column, click the filter button to enter a value in the search box, and then pick a filtration type, for example, starts with, ends with, contains, etc.

  • Click Clear to remove the filter.

Microsoft Dynamics Marketing removes the filter and displays all items.

  • Click the Show All button.Show All/Active Only button.

  1. Click the New buttonNew button.

  2. Enter the information.

  3. Click Submit.

  1. Select the Request you want to copy by clicking on its check box. Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Copy buttonCopy button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing copies the item and displays the new request.

To cancel a Request:

  1. Select the Request you want to cancel by clicking on its check box.Check box symbol.

  2. Click the Delete buttonDelete button.

    Microsoft Dynamics Marketing prompts you to confirm the deletion.

  3. Click OK.
