Reassign contacts

You can reassign staff contacts to a different supervisor and assign them new roles for any operational requirement or load balancing.

You must have the required privileges to reassign contacts. Contact your administrator for details.

To Reassign a Contact:

  1. Click the Home tab, and select Settings.

  2. Under My Company, click Staff.

    The list of staff contacts is displayed.

  3. Select the check box for the contact that you want to reassign.

  4. Click on the Reassign button Reassign button.

  5. Select the From and To contacts.

  6. Select the role of the new team member.

  7. Click OK.

Repeat these steps to reassign more contacts. Select the contact(s) you want to reassign by clicking their check boxes Check box symbol.
