Issue

Replication has been disabled for the replicated folder '{0}' that belongs to replication group '{1}'.

Impact

Changes made to the data will not be replicated to or from the server '{2}'. As a result, the contents of the replicated folder '{0}' may become stale.

Resolution

Use DFS Management to enable the replicated folder '{0}' that belongs to replication group '{1}' on '{2}'.

To enable replication for the replicated folder, use the following procedure:

To enable replication for a specific member

  1. Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click DFS Management.

  2. In the console tree, under the Replication node, click the replication group that contains the membership that you want to enable.

  3. In the details pane, click the Memberships tab.

  4. Right-click the replicated folder for the specific member and then click Enable.

Note

Membership changes are not applied immediately. The membership changes must be replicated to all domain controllers, and the member must poll its closest domain controller to obtain the changes. The amount of time this takes depends on AD DS replication latency and the short polling interval (5 minutes) on the member.
