Cancel service level agreement (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Service management > Common > Service agreements > Service agreements. On the Service agreements list page, select a service order. On the Action Page, on the Deliver tab, click Cancel.

Use this form to cancel a service level agreement on a service order before the service order is completed, or to revoke a cancellation.
