Verify compliance of user-role assignments with rules for segregation of duties (form)

Click System administration > Setup > Security > Segregation of duties > Verify compliance of user-role assignments.

Use this form to verify whether existing user-role assignments are in conflict, based on the rules for segregation of duties. You can run the verification process on demand, or you can run it automatically as a recurring batch job.

When you run the verification process on demand, the Infolog displays the results of the validation. If there is a conflict, you can double-click the message to open the Users form. When the form opens, the user is automatically selected. Conflicts are also logged in the Segregation of duties conflicts form.

Batch processing

Select this option to run the verification task as a batch job.

Task description

The description of the batch task. You can use the description to identify this task in the batch forms.

Batch group

Select a batch group for the task.

Private

Select this option to indicate that the batch job can be run only by the person who created it. This option can be used only for tasks that run on the client. Server tasks cannot be private.
