Delivery e-mail addresses (form)

This topic applies to features in the Inventory management module. It does not apply to features in the Transportation management module.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > All sales orders. On the Action Pane, double-click a sales order. On the Pick and pack tab, click E-mail addresses.

Use this form to select up to three additional email addresses of customer contacts who should be notified about delivery information. By default, the contact email address for the customer is moved to the sales order as the first email address. The email addresses are transferred to the shipping carrier software.

Note

The email addresses that appear in this form are taken from the contact information that is associated with the customer account. If more than three email addresses are included in this form, only the first three are transferred to the shipping carrier software.
