Click Organization administration > Setup > Role center > Edit quick links.

Use this form to import or export a collection of quick links for a specific Role Center. Administrators typically import or export links when they are setting up Role Centers.

You can import or export links to or from a file or the AOT:

  • If you are importing or exporting links on the same computer, use the AOT option.

  • If you are importing or exporting links on another computer, use the file option.

Note

To add, modify, or delete quick links, you must use the quick links web part on a specific Role Center. For more information, see Manage quick links (Enterprise Portal).

You can export links to the AOT or to a file. This action exports all links for all user profiles.

Link group ID

This ID specifies which set of links to display on a Role Center page. Quick links then can be added to the quick links web parts on Role Center pages.
