Click System administration > Setup > File archiving > File archiving parameters.

Set up the parameters to archive files to the database.

Next file archive number

Enter the number of the file to be archived next.

Automatic file type

Select this check box to use a default file type to open an archived file when a file type is not defined.

Automatic open file type

Select the default file type to open the archived file with.
