Click Project management and accounting > Setup > Grants > Grant customer types.

A grant customer is an organization that awards a grant. Use this form to create grant customer types, which are used to identify different categories of grant customers. In the United States, grants are often awarded by federal, state, and local governments and by public and private endowments. The types that you create in this form are available in the Grant customer type field in the Grant details form when you create a new grant.
