Change of status (form)

Use this form to specify whether you want to update none, some, or all subprojects when you are changing the status of the parent project to which they belong.

The form opens when you are changing the status of a project that has one or more subprojects.

Example

On the All projects list page, you select a project that has one or more subprojects. On the Action Pane, on the Project tab, in the Maintain group, you click Project stage, and then select a new project state. The Change of status form opens.

Only current project

Select this option to modify only the selected project.

Edit only subprojects with the same project type

Select this option to modify subprojects that have the same project type as the project that you are modifying.

Edit all subprojects

Select this option to modify all subprojects that are attached to the project that you are modifying.
