Customer invoice lines – Sales agreements (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > Sales agreements. Select a sales agreement, and then on the Action Pane, on the Sales agreement tab, in the Related information group, click Invoice lines.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > Sales agreements. Create a new sales agreement or double-click a sales agreement to open it. In the Sales agreements form, on the Action Pane, click the Sales agreement tab. In the Related information group, click Invoice lines.

Click Sales and marketing > Common > Sales orders > Sales agreements. Create a new sales agreement or double-click a sales agreement to open it. In the Sales agreements form, in the Sales agreement lines list, click Related information > Invoice lines.

Use this form to view customer invoice lines for a sales order that was released against a sales agreement.

Note

If you open the form from the Action Pane from the Sales agreements list page all customer invoice lines for the selected sales agreement are displayed. This is also the case if you open the form from the Sales agreements form. However, if you open the form via the toolbar in the Sales agreement lines list in the Sales agreements form, only the customer invoice lines that are associated with the selected sales agreement line are displayed.

Charges

Opens the Charges transactions form, where you can view charges specified for the selected customer invoice line.

Inventory

Open a menu with the following item:

  • Dimensions display – Opens the Inventory dimensions form, where you can select the product and location dimensions to appear in the form.

Invoice account

The invoice account is used if the account number of the customer you want to invoice differs from the account number of the customer who placed the sales order.

Sales order

The number of the sales order that was released against the sales agreement.

Invoice

The number of the current customer invoice.

Date

The date that the customer invoice line was created.

Currency

The currency code specified for the sales order line.

Item

The item number.

Description

The name of the item.

Site

The site for picking the sold items.

Warehouse

The warehouse for picking the sold items.

Location

The location of the item. The location is defined by warehouse, aisle, rack, shelf, and bin.

Quantity

The quantity of invoiced items.

Unit price

The sales price per price unit.

Discount

The line discount amount per price unit.

Discount percent

The line discount percentage.

Amount

The line amount after tax has been deducted.

Sales tax included in amount

The sales tax that is included in the value specified in the Amount field.
