User profiles (form)

Click System administration > Common > Users > User profiles.
A user profile is a set of default information for a specific role in an organization, such as chief financial officer or accounting manager. User profiles determine the content that is displayed on Role Center pages.
Note
Users must be listed in the Users form before you can assign a user profile for them.

Profile ID |
The name of the profile. |

The description of the profile. |
Role center |
The name of the Role Center that is assigned to the selected profile. |
Default role center |
Select the Role Center that is displayed for users who are not assigned to specific user profiles. |
User ID |
The user's identification, as listed in Active Directory. |
User name |
The user's name. |
Companies assigned profile |
The Microsoft Dynamics AX company in which the user can view the Role Center that corresponds to the selected user profile. A user can be assigned to only one profile per company. |
