Click Travel and expense > Common > Expense reports > All expense reports. Double-click the expense report that you want to view, and then, in the Expense report form, on the Lines FastTab, click the Additional information button.

Use this form to view detailed information about the selected journal entry.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Line property

View or select the line property for the journal entry.

Activity number

View or select the activity that is assigned to this journal entry.

Description

View or enter any additional information about the journal entry.

Country/region

View or select the country/region where the expense was incurred.

Sales tax group

View or select the sales tax group that will be used for calculating sales tax for the purchase.

Item sales tax group

View or select the sales tax code that will be used to calculate sales tax for the item.

Tax included

Select the check box to include sales tax in the total amount.

Calculated sales tax amount

View the calculated sales tax amount that is derived from the items sales tax and sales tax group codes.

Actual sales tax amount

View or enter the sales tax amount in your organization’s accounting currency. If you manually enter the sales tax amount, you will override the amount listed in the Calculated sales tax amount field and this amount will be recorded as the actual sales tax amount.

Net transaction amount

View the net expense.

Voucher

View the ledger voucher number for this transaction.

Posting errors

View any errors that occurred during the automatic posting of the expense report that this transaction is included in.

Tax recovery number

View the value added tax (VAT) identification number for this transaction.

Merchant

View the name of the merchant where the expense was incurred.

Reason

View the reason for the expense.

Guest

View the name of the guest or guests who were present when the expense was incurred.

Employee justification

View the employee justification for a policy violation that occurred regarding the expense transaction.

Manager justification

View or enter the manager justification for a policy violation that occurred regarding the expense transaction.
