Methods of payment (form)

Click Travel and expense > Setup > Travel and expense entry > Payment methods.

Use this form to set methods of payment for expense transactions.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Payment method

View or enter a payment method, such as cash or credit card.

Description

View or enter a brief description of the payment method.

Expense owner

View or enter whether it is the employee or the organization that is responsible for paying the expense.

Offset account type

View or select the type of offset account for the transaction.

Offset account

View or select the offset account for the transaction.

Offset account name

View or enter the name of the offset account.

Import only

Select this check box to indicate that the payment method type is used only with imported transactions.
