Display fields (form)

Click Travel and expense > Setup > Travel and expense entry > Display fields.

Use this form to select the fields that will be displayed in the header section and line item section of expense reports. You can also select the fields that will be displayed but remain read-only.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View the header fields that can be added, removed, or marked as read-only on an expense report form.

Transaction fields

View the transaction line fields that can be added, removed, or marked as read-only on an expense report form.

Display all header or line transaction fields that are listed on the selected tab.

Hide all fields

Hide all header or line transaction fields that are listed on the selected tab.

Copy settings

Apply the selections that you make in this form to other legal entities.
