Use this form to set up and manage your online services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP account.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Set up account online	Open the online services web site where you can create an online services account for Commerce Services or Sites Services. The new account is linked with your Microsoft Dynamics AX legal entity. You can also manage other existing online services accounts.
Manage account online	Open the online services web site where you can manage your account.
Activate	Activate the online service.
Deactivate	Deactivate the online service. When you deactivate the online service, you can no longer use the account with Microsoft Dynamics AX (until you reactivate the service).
Renew token	Renew the token for this account. The token is used to authenticate Microsoft Dynamics AX with the online service. After you verify that the new token is working correctly, you can delete the old token from Customer Portal.
Disconnect account	Disconnect this account. The account (and the online services associated with it) is disconnected from the Microsoft Dynamics AX legal entity that the account is linked to. For example, you can disconnect a test or demo account when you no longer need it.

Field	Description
Company:	The name of the online services account. Typically, this is the name of your organization.
Service:	The name of the online service, either Commerce Services, Payment Services, or Sites Services.
Use a different environment than the one used for production	Select this check box to use a different environment than the one used for production, such as a test or Beta test environment. Important This web address (URL) is used to communicate between Microsoft Dynamics AX and online services. It should be changed only to a URL that has been approved by a trustworthy source because some URLs may adversely affect the functionality and security of your server.
Environment (URL):*	The URL of the alternate environment. This control is hidden unless the Use a different environment than the one used for production check box is selected.
