Setup of action pane (form)

Click Production control > Setup > Terminals > Configure registration forms. On the Action Pane, click Setup of Action Pane.

Click Human resources > Setup > Time and attendance > Terminals > Configure registration forms. On the Action Pane, click Setup of Action Pane.

Use this form to modify existing Action Pane configurations or create new Action Pane configurations for the registration form.

Buttons

Button

Description

Move up

Move a selected tab, button group, or button to a new position on the Action Pane. In the Action Pane tree, the order of tabs, button groups, and buttons from top to bottom corresponds to left to right on a registration form.

Move down

Move a selected tab, button group, or button to a new position on the Action Pane. In the Action Pane tree, the order of tabs, button groups, and buttons from top to bottom corresponds to left to right on the registration form.

Description

Action Pane configuration

Enter an identification for the Action Pane configuration. The identification is added to the Action Pane configuration list on the left side of the form.

Description

Enter a description of the Action Pane configuration. The description is added to the Action Pane configuration list on the left side of the form.

Label

Enter a name for the button or tab. If you leave this field blank, the default value for the key configuration will be used.

Function key

If you want to use an F-key shortcut for this button, select one in the list.

Note

If you select F1 as a function key for a button in the registration form, the Help for the registration form cannot be displayed, as form Help is accessed by pressing the F1 key in Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Key configuration

Select the function to be started when clicking the button.
