Change case association (form)

Click Compliance and internal controls > Common > Audit > Audit cases. Double-click a case. On the Associations FastTab, select an associated entity, and then click Change.
Use this form to disassociate an entity record, such as an expense report, from one audit case and then associate it with a different audit case.
Note
If the status of the audit case is Closed or Canceled, the case association cannot be changed.

Fields |
Description |

Entity type |
The type of entity that is associated with the selected case. This is usually a source document, such as an expense report or vendor invoice. |
ID |
The unique identifier that is associated with the entity. |
Name |
Identifying information that is associated with the entity, such as the name of the employee who filed the expense report or the name of the vendor who submitted the invoice. |
Audit case ID |
Select an audit case to associate with the entity. |
