Operations for a nonconformance (form)

Click Inventory management > Setup > Quality management > Operations.
Use this form to set up, edit, and view various operations that may be used to process or resolve an instance of nonconformance.
Example
Your company produces lamps for distribution to retailers. During a quality test you find a lamp with faulty wiring. You use the Operations form to set up an operation to correct the wiring.
