Click General ledger > Setup > Withholding tax > Withholding tax settlement periods. Click Posted withholding tax settlements.

Use this form to view details of posted withholding tax settlement transactions.

Note

(THA) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Thailand.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Button	Description
Voucher	Open the Voucher transactions form to view the ledger transactions.
Posted withholding tax	Open the Posted withholding tax form to view the posted withholding tax transactions.
Posted sales tax corrections	Open the Posted sales tax corrections form to view the posted sales tax corrections.
Print report	Print the withholding tax report.

Field	Description
Date	The date that the withholding tax settlement is posted.
Voucher	The voucher number in the ledger.
Settlement period	The code of the settlement period that the withholding tax is settled for.
From date	The starting date of the settlement period.
To date	The ending date of the settlement period.
Withholding tax payment version	The settlement version that is specified when you update the tax settlement.
Posted withholding tax corrections	The withholding tax corrections from previous periods that are posted along with the withholding tax settlement.
