Project budget revisions (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Projects > All projects. Select or open a project. On the Action Pane, on the Plan tab, in the Budget group, click Project budget. In the Project budget form, on the Action Pane, on the Budget tab, in the Revise group, click Revisions.

Use this form to view revisions for an approved original project budget or to make changes to the revisions.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Buttons

Button	Description
New	Open the Project budget revision form to enter new revision for the original project budget. Note The amount of the revision is not applied to the total budget until the revision is approved.
Edit	Open the Project budget revision form to edit a selected project budget revision that has not been approved. Note After a revision has been approved, it cannot be edited or removed. To edit or remove an approved budget revision, a new revision must be created.
Project budget balances	Open the Project budget balances form to view the detail of budgeted and actual revenues and costs for the project.

Field	Description
Status	Select a project budget revision status to use to filter the list.
Revision date	The date of the project budget revision.
Revision ID	The project budget revision ID.
Description	The description of a project budget revision.
Revision workflow status	The current status of a project budget revision.
