Use this form to review and manage request for quotation (RFQ) replies. For example, you might want to identify which RFQ replies expire on a specific date, or identify the RFQ lines for which you have not received replies.

Procurement category

The procurement category for the RFQ line.

Item number

The identification number of the product on the RFQ line.

Vendor account

The vendor identification number.

Expiration date and time

The expiration date and time of the RFQ line.

Status

The current status of the RFQ line.

Request for quotation

The identification of the RFQ.

Number of lines

The number of lines in the RFQ.

Multiple requests for quotations

Indicates if the RFQ has been sent to multiple vendors.
