Edit cues (form)

Click Organization administration > Setup > Role center > Edit cues.
Use this form to specify options for cues. The cues listed in this form were created in the Microsoft Dynamics AX client by using the Save as cue option in an advanced filter or on a list page. This form does not display cues that individual users created by clicking the Add Cue link on the Home Page or in Enterprise Portal for Microsoft Dynamics AX. For more information about how to add cues to this list or how to create new cues, see Manage Cues on Role Center pages.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |

User ID |
The Microsoft Dynamics AX user who created the cue. |
Name |
The name given to the cue when it was created. You can change the name. |
Show sum of field |
For cues that display currency information, select the table to use when calculating the totals. |
Show alert when count is |
Specify the threshold for the cue. If the criteria that you specify are met, a warning icon is displayed for the cue. |
Personal |
If selected, the current user will see this cue listed in the Cue to add list when they click Add Cue on their Role Center page. |
Everyone |
If selected, all users will see this cue listed in the Cue to add list when they click Add Cue on their Role Center page. |
Specified profiles |
If selected, members of the specified role will see this cue listed in the Cue to add list when they click Add Cue on their Role Center page. |
Profile ID |
You can select or clear profiles if you clicked Specified profiles. |
Description |
The name of the Role Center profile. |
