Budget reservations for encumbrances (form)

Click Budgeting > Inquiries > Budget control statistics. Select a line, and then click Encumbrances.

Use this form to view the details for the budget reservations for encumbrances for the selected line in the Budget control statistics form. Encumbrances can include approved or confirmed travel requests, general budget reservations, and purchase orders.

To print financial reports, you can use the traditional financial statements that are included with Microsoft Dynamics AX, or you can use Management Reporter. For more information about how to print financial reports using Management Reporter, see Management Reporter for Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Fields

Field

Description

Transaction number

The source document number, which is being tracked for budget control.

Date

The date of the source document.

Amount

The amount that is being tracked for budget control.

Status

The status of the source document, either draft or confirmed.

Category

The budget control category for the source document.

Relieving transaction

The identifier for the source document that relieved the budget reservation.

Date

The date the amount was relieved.

Relieved amount

The amount that was relieved.

Relieved transaction

The identifier for the source document that was partially or fully relieved.
