Signature review (form)

Click System administration > Inquiries > Database > Database log. Select a signed record and click the Signature review button.

Use the Signature review form to review electronic signature information for documents.

Tasks that use this form

Review electronic signatures

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field

Description

User name

The name of the user who made the change.

Signed by user ID

The ID of the user who signed for the change.

Signed by user name

The name of the user who signed for the change.

Signature date/time

The date and time when the document was signed.

Reference table ID

The ID of the table that has a signature requirement.

Reference

The ID of the field that has a signature requirement.

Reason code

The reason code that was provided when the document was signed. A reason code indicates the purpose of a signature.

Comment

The comment that was entered by the signer.

Verified

Indicates whether the signature is valid. If this option is marked, the cryptographic certificate of the signer has been verified.

If the option is not marked, the signature or the data may have been tampered with. An alert was sent to the person set up to receive signature alerts.

Additional data

Additional information about the signature, including the name of the computer that was used for signing and the location entered by the signer.
