Cycle time history (form)

Click Production control > Setup > Lean manufacturing > Production flows. Click Cycle time history.

Use this form to obtain an overview of the past cycle times that are recorded for the selected production flow version. The cycle times are grouped by periods. These periods depend on the Period template that you select.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Description

Period template

Select the period template to use. The performance time that is required to display the data depends on the number and length of the periods in the period template.

From date

The start date of the period.

To date

The end date of the period.

Total time

The total amount of working time in the period, expressed in minutes.

Total quantity

The total quantity of product that was produced by the production flow version during the period.

Average cycle time

The average cycle time that is targeted for the production flow version.

Actual cycle time

The actual cycle time that is calculated based on the jobs completed during the periods.

Deviation

The deviation between the targeted Average cycle time and the calculated Actual cycle time.

Cycle time unit

The time unit that is set up to define takt times and cycle times for the production flow version.

Version

The production flow version that was active during the period.
