Start SLA time recording (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Service management > Common > Service orders > Service orders. On the Service order tab on the Action Pane, in the Service level agreement section, click Start.

Use this form to set the date and time when time recording for a service level agreement (SLA) will restart.

Note

When a new service order is saved, the SLA time starts automatically. You can start and stop the SLA time recording as many times as needed. Each time that you stop it, a compliance percentage is calculated based on the time passed since the service was first created and the time span given by the SLA.
