Use this form to set up hierarchical processes for managing cases.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View the name and associated activity number for the case process and enter the purpose. |
Responsibilities |
View, add, or update information about the person or the position that is responsible for the selected case process. |
Exit criteria |
Set the exit criteria for the selected case process. |

Enter a name for the case process. |

Enter a brief description of the case process. |
Active |
Select this check box if this is an active process that can be used in managing cases. |
Activity number |
View the activity number that is associated with the process. This number is generated automatically. |
Purpose |
Enter the purpose of the activity. |
Calculated start in (days) |
Enter the number of days from the current date on which the case activity should start. |
Calculated end in (days) |
Enter the number of days from the current date on which the case activity should end. |
Start time |
Enter the start time of the case activity. |
End time |
Enter the end time for the case activity. |
Responsibility |
Select the role of the worker responsible for this case activity. |
Responsible |
Select the worker that is responsible for the case activity. |
Responsibilities |
View or add work role or job function responsibility identifications that can be associated with the selected case process. |
Description |
View a brief description of the responsibility. |
Check for required activities |
Select this check box to check for required activities before this case process can be closed. |
