Bank facilities (form)

Click Cash and bank management > Setup > Bank documents > Bank facilities.

Use this form to create and modify facility groups and facility types for letter of guarantee, letter of credit, or import collection transactions.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Facility groups	Create facility groups or view information about existing facility groups.
Facility types	Create facility types or view information about existing facility types.

Button	Description
New	Create a new facility group and type.
Delete	Delete the selected facility group and type.

Field	Description
Facility group	Enter or view the facility group name and ID.
Facility type	Enter or view the facility type name and ID.
Description	Enter a description of the facility group or the facility type.
Facility nature	Select one of the following options to specify the nature of the facility type. None – No facility type is assigned. Letter of credit – Letter of credit is assigned as the facility type. Import collection – Import collection is assigned as the facility type. Letter of guarantee – Letter of guarantee is assigned as the facility type.
