Lead qualifying process (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Leads > Qualify process.

Use this form to define processes and activities for qualifying leads.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
General	View or enter time and responsibility information for the selected qualifying process.
Responsibilities	View or enter responsibilities for the selected qualifying process.
Exit criteria	Define whether to check for required activities for the selected qualifying process.

Button	Description
Functions	Copy the hierarchy, or save it as a template to use in another lead-qualifying process.
Inquiry	Open the All leads list page.
Actions	Create levels and activities for the lead-qualifying process.

Field	Description
Name	View or enter the name of the lead-qualifying process.
Description	View or enter a brief description of the lead-qualifying process.
Active	Select this check box to start the lead-qualifying process.
Type	View the type of the hierarchy process.
Activity number	View the unique number of the activity.
Purpose	Enter the purpose of the activity.
Calculated start date	Enter the number of days from the current date to the date that the activity should start.
Calculated end date	Enter the number of days from the current date to the date that the activity should end.
Start time	Enter the start time of the activity.
End time	Enter the end time of the activity.
Responsibility	Select the user role that is responsible for the activity.
Responsible	Select the worker who is responsible for the activity.
Responsibilities	Select the responsibilities group for the lead-qualifying process.
Description	A brief description of the responsibility group.
Check for required activities	Select this check box to indicate that a check for activities is required before the process can be completed.
