Lead qualifying process (form)

Click Sales and marketing > Setup > Leads > Qualify process.

Use this form to define processes and activities for qualifying leads.

Select this check box to start the lead-qualifying process.

Type

View the type of the hierarchy process.

Activity number

View the unique number of the activity.

Purpose

Enter the purpose of the activity.

Calculated start date

Enter the number of days from the current date to the date that the activity should start.

Calculated end date

Enter the number of days from the current date to the date that the activity should end.

Start time

Enter the start time of the activity.

End time

Enter the end time of the activity.

Responsibility

Select the user role that is responsible for the activity.

Responsible

Select the worker who is responsible for the activity.

Responsibilities

Select the responsibilities group for the lead-qualifying process.

Description

A brief description of the responsibility group.

Check for required activities

Select this check box to indicate that a check for activities is required before the process can be completed.
