Edit forecast transactions (form) (Project)

Click Project management and accounting > Inquiries > Forecasts > Hour. Click the Edit button.

Click Project management and accounting > Inquiries > Forecasts > Expense. Click the Edit button.

–or–

Click Project management and accounting > Inquiries > Forecasts > Fee. Click the Edit button.

Use this form to update existing forecast lines.

Tasks that use this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
General tab	Enter the changes that you want to make to the forecast.
Financial dimensions	View information about financial dimensions, such as the default dimensions and where the dimensions are used in account structures and advanced rule structures.

Button	Description
Select	Specify the forecast transactions that you want to process.

Field	Description
Management area	Specify whether to copy, update, or track a deleted forecast line.
Modifications in field area	Specify changes to various fields. To change the field’s value, select its check box, and then select a new value from the adjacent list.
Changes in amount area	Specify changes to quantity, cost price, or sales price by entering a factor to be multiplied by in the first text box, or a fixed amount to be added in the second text box.
Change of period area	Specify the length of time by which you want to extend a forecast.
