(NOR) File archive (form)

Click System administration > Common > File archive.

Use this form to view and analyze archived files. You can archive a file when the payment is generated. You can also restore an archived file.

Note

(NOR) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Norway.

Task that uses this form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View a listing of archived files in the database.
General	View information about the archived file selected on the Overview tab.

Button	Description
View	View and analyze the archived file.
New	Save other files that were not archived when payments were generated.
Restore	Restore and overwrite an existing file if there are two files with the same name in the archive.

Field	Description
File archive number	The number of the archived file.
Name	The archived file name.
File type	The archived file type.
Created date and time	The date and time that the file was archived.
Created by	The name of the person who archived the file.
File name	The name and location of the archived file.
