Worker date manager (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Human resources > Common > Workers > Workers. Select a worker. On the Action Pane, click Worker tab > Versions group > Maintain versions.

Use this form to maintain past, current, or future changes to some worker information. For example, if you know that a worker is getting married one month from today, you can create a future change for the worker’s marital status that will be effective one month from today. For more information about date effective records, see Maintain records.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Personal information

View or modify past, current, or future personal information for the worker that includes information about family, military status, and expatriate ruling.

Worker summary

View or modify past, current, or future worker information, such as title, seniority date, office location, and address.

Fields

Effective

Enter a date and time when the record is valid.

Expiration

Enter a date and time when the record expires.

Marital status

Select the worker’s marital status.

Number of dependents

Enter the number of dependents for the worker.

Veteran status

Select the veteran status for the worker.

Military service start date

If the worker is a veteran, enter the worker’s military service start date.

Military service end date

If the worker is a veteran, enter the worker’s military service end date.

Disabled veteran

Select this check box if the worker is a disabled veteran.

Expatriate ruling

Select this check box if the worker is an expatriate.

Expatriate ruling valid from

Enter the earliest date when the worker was ruled to be an expatriate.

Expatriate ruling valid to

Enter the last date when the worker was an expatriate.

Title

Select the official title for the worker. If you cannot find the correct title in the list, you must add it to the Titles form.

Seniority date

Enter the worker’s seniority date.

Office location

Specify the location of the worker’s office in the building.

Address

The address of the building that the worker works in.
