Restricted products - Country/State by item (form)

Click Product information management > Common > Released products. Select the item. On the Action Pane, on the Manage inventory tab, in the Compliance group, select Restricted products.

Use this form to assign specific products to a country's restricted products list. You can assign the same product to lists for multiple countries. However, if the same country has more than one inclusive list, you can assign the product to only one of those lists.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Item number

The identification for the item.

Product name

The name of the product.

Country/region

The identification for the country or region where the item is restricted.

Short name

The name of the country or region.

State/Province

The identification for the state or province.

List ID

View or select the identification for the Restricted country/state by item list to which the restricted product belongs.

Description

The description for the Restricted country/state by item list.

Restriction list type

The type of restriction list. The following options are available:

  • Inclusive — Products distributed under the list are not restricted and can be sold in this country. You can select this list type only at the country level.

  • Exclusive — Products distributed under the list are restricted and cannot be sold in any country, state, or province in which the list is valid. You can select this list type at the country, state, or province level.
