Name |
Enter the name of the sales process. |
Description |
Enter a brief description of the sales process. |
Active |
Select this check box to allow this sales process to be used. |
Type |
Select the type of process that you are creating. For example, a campaign process or a lead-qualifying process. |
Activity number |
The unique number of the activity. |
Purpose |
Enter the purpose of the activity. |
Calculated start in (days) |
Enter the number of days from the current date that the activity will start. |
Calculated end in (days) |
Enter the number of days from the current date that the activity will end. |
Start time |
Enter the start time of the activity. |
End time |
Enter the end time of the activity. |
Responsibility |
Select the role of the worker who is responsible for the activity. |
Responsible |
Select the worker who is responsible for the activity. |
Notes |
Enter notes about the activity. |
Responsibilities |
Select a responsibility code to assign to the sales process. The code selected represents a worker or group of workers who have been assigned to the specific code. |
Description |
The description of the responsibility code. |
Check for required activities |
Select this check box to check for required activities before this campaign process can be closed. |
