Click Compliance and internal controls > Common > Environmental sustainability > Environmental processes > Environmental process references. In the Environmental process references form, click Assignments.

Click Compliance and internal controls > Common > Environmental sustainability > Environmental processes > Environmental processes. In the Environmental processes form, on the Action Pane, select Process references and then select either Incoming or Outgoing. In the Incoming form or Outgoing form, select a source process and then click Assignments.
Use this form to assign a worker to be responsible for monitoring a process reference.
Navigating the form
The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.
Fields
Field |
Description |

User ID |
View or select the worker’s user identification. |
User group ID |
View or select the identifier of the user group that the worker is included in. |
Units |
View or select the unit type that the worker will monitor and record. |
Frequency |
Enter the frequency with which the process reference should be monitored. |
Entry interval |
View or select how often the worker will enter information about the process reference monitoring. |
