Description

Load calendar

Select this check box to use the calendar that is defined for the operations resource.

Note

You can reschedule a job in a chart by using the drag-and-drop method only when the calendar is loaded.

Non work interval

Select this check box to display the nonworking time interval as a thin line instead of a full bar. If the check box is cleared, the working times and nonworking times are displayed as a full bar.

Show world view

Select this check box to enable the Fixed at top, Fixed at bottom, and Popup window fields. These fields enable you to set the position of a Gantt chart in the form.

Show all links

Select this check box to display all of the links between jobs in the chart. If the check box is cleared, only the links for the selected orders are displayed.

Show late jobs

Select this check box to display jobs that have an expected finish date and time that are later than the job's delivery date and time.

Load production data

Select this check box to display production order data in a chart.

Show job types

Select the check boxes for the job types that you want to display in a chart.

Note

Only the selected job types are loaded in a chart. Job types that are not selected are not included in manual rescheduling, and rescheduling may not pass validation.

Show jobs

Select the check boxes for the jobs that you want to display in a chart.

Load entire order

When you select this check box, a Gantt chart loads all of the data that is related to the order. This may cause the timescale interval to exceed the originally defined ending date.

Note

This check box is available when you use an operations resource Gantt chart or a Gantt table Gantt chart.

Completion

Select this check box to display a completion bar for the operation in the chart. A completion bar displays the progress of an operation, based on reported times compared to standard times.

Because over-consumption and under-consumption can affect standard times, the completion bar is displayed as follows:

  • If the scheduled time is <=100%, the completion bar displays the reported time compared to the scheduled time.

  • If the scheduled time is >100%, the completion bar does not exceed the job bar. This prevents the chart from becoming cluttered.

Load planned production data

Select this check box to display planned production order data in the chart. By default, this check box is selected when you open a Gantt chart from the Planned orders form.

Load project data

Select this check box to display project activities in the chart.
