Use this form to view inquiries about loyalty cards and the transactions that are linked to loyalty cards.

Loyalty card number |
The unique identifier of the loyalty card. |
Scheme ID |
The loyalty scheme that is assigned to the loyalty card. |
Loyalty customer |
The linked customer account to which the loyalty card is issued. |
Point status |
The number of points that remain on the card, or the net balance. |
Issued points |
The total number of points that have been issued for the card. |
Used points |
The total number of points that have been used for the card. |
Expired points |
The points that were still unused on the expiration date. |
Transaction number |
The unique identifier of the loyalty transaction. |
Store number |
The number of the store where the loyalty transaction occurred. |
Register number |
The number of the point of sale (POS) register where the loyalty transaction occurred. |
Staff |
The cashier who conducted the loyalty transaction. |
Loyalty points |
The loyalty points that are being awarded or used. |
Issue date |
The date of the transaction on which the loyalty points were issued or used. |
Issue time |
The time of the transaction on which the loyalty points were issued or used. |
Expiration date |
The date that any unused loyalty points expire. |
Statement number |
The number of the statement on which the loyalty transaction appeared. |
Statement code |
The code that represents the loyalty transaction that appears on the statement. |
