Click Retail > Common > Replenishment > Cross docking.

Use this form to create transfer orders that distribute the products on a purchase order from a warehouse to stores.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Lines	Add the products to distribute.
Warehouse	Specify how and where the cross-docking is distributed.

Buttons

Button	Description
Calculate quantities	Calculate the quantities of the products that are distributed to each store.
Clear quantities	Clears all the quantities in the form.
Create order	Create the transfer orders for the cross-docking. Note If the stores that are being distributed to are in another legal entity, intercompany sales orders and purchase orders are created.
Dimensions display	Select the inventory dimensions to display on the Planned cross docking form.
On hand	View on-hand quantities for the products that you want to distribute.
Order	After you have created the orders, view the orders for the selected store.

Fields

Field	Description
Purchase order	The purchase order that is associated with the cross-docking.
Cross docking	The ID number of the cross-docking.
Description	A description of the cross-docking.
Category	The category that is used to filter the products on the Lines tab.
Item number	The item number of the selected product (line).
Unit	The unit of measure of the product (line).
Configuration	The configuration of the product (line).
Size	The size of the product (line).
Color	The color of the product (line).
Quantity	The total quantity of the products from the purchase order.
Cross docking quantity	The quantity of the product that is being cross-docked.
Percentage	The percentage of the On hand quantity that will be distributed.
Total quantity	The total available quantity of the products to distribute.
Total cross docking quantity	The total quantity that will be distributed.
Percentage	The percentage of the purchased quantity that is being distributed.
Remaining available cross docking quantity	The total remaining quantity that is available to be distributed.
Additional cross docking quantity	Enter the additional total quantity to distribute.
Replenishment rules	Select this option to distribute the cross-docking based on replenishment rules.
Location weight	Select this option to distribute the cross-docking based on the replenishment weights of the stores.
Fixed quantity for all	Select this option to distribute equal quantities to all the stores.
Replenishment hierarchy	Select a replenishment hierarchy to limit the distribution to the stores in the hierarchy.
Warehouse	Select the store to distribute to.
Respect assortments	Select this check box to limit transfer orders to the products that are in the assortments that are assigned to the stores.
Name	The name of the store that is being distributed to.
Company	The company that the store belongs to.
On hand	The available quantity of the selected product for the store.
Cross docking quantity	The quantity that is being distributed to the store.
Unit	The unit of measure of the selected product that is being distributed to the store.
