Click Human resources > Common > Organization > Departments > Departments. Click Compensation > Performance.

Use this form to indicate how a department has performed, compared to the objectives or targets for the current compensation period.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Enter a description to identify the performance period.

Percent of target achieved

Enter the percentage of the objectives that were achieved by the department.

Effective date

Enter the starting date of the period during which performance is measured.

Expiration date

Enter the ending date of the period during which performance is measured.
