(IND) Tax components balance (form)

Use this form to view the balances in the excise register for each excise component. Amounts are shown in the default currency.

Open the form

Click General ledger > Inquiries > Tax > India posted tax > Excise > Excise register balance.
Select a tax ledger posting group and an ECC number, and then click OK.
In the Excise balance form, click Tax components balance

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
ECC number	The excise registration number for the address for the company.
Date	The date of the excise transaction.
Payable balance	The total balance amount in the excise payable accounts as of the system date.
RG23A balance	The total balance amount in the RG23A register as of the system date.
RG23C balance	The total balance amount in the RG23C register as of the system date.
Total available	The total balance of the excise duty amount. Note Total balance = (RG23A balance + RG23C balance ) - (Payable)
PLA balance	The total balance amount in the PLA accounts as of the system date.
RG23A deferred balance	The total balance amount in the RG23A deferred accounts as of the system date.
RG23C deferred balance	The total balance amount in the RG23C deferred accounts as of the system date.
Tax component	The excise tax component.
Payable	The total balance of the payable amount for the tax component.
RG23A	The total balance of the RG23A recoverable amount for the tax component.
RG23C	The total balance of the RG23C recoverable amount for the tax component.
PLA	The total balance amount of PLA amount for the tax component.
RG23A deferred	The total balance of the RG23A deferred amount for the tax component.
RG23C deferred	The total balance of the RG23C deferred amount for the tax component.
