Click Production control > Setup > Production journal names.

Use this form to set up journals to record actual production consumption.

Description

Journal type

Select the type of production journal from the following options:

  • Picking list - This journal type is used for registration of material consumption.

  • Report as finished - This journal type is used for registration of finished products.

  • Route card - This journal type is used for registration of route consumption.

  • Job card - This journal type is used for registration of work center consumption using feedback from job cards.

  • By-product – This journal type is used when a by-product or defective product is received from production.
