Use this form to establish relationships between positions and unions.

New

Create a new labor union agreement.

Delete

Delete the selected labor union agreement. After a union agreement has been used to process payroll, the agreement cannot be deleted.

Add

Add a new contract period to the selected union agreement.

Remove

Remove the selected contract period from the union agreement.

Information

Legal entity

The legal entity that holds the contract with the labor union.

Union agreement

The unique name that identifies the union agreement.

Labor union

The labor union that negotiated the union agreement. For more information, see Labor unions (form).

Agreement description

A detailed description of the agreement.

Date signed

The date that appears on the contract.

Effective/Expiration

The range that the selected contract details are valid for.
