Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > Journals > Confirmation.

Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Transfer orders > Picking list.

–or–

Click Sales and marketing > Inquiries > Journals > Packing slip.

–or–

Click Accounts receivable > Inquiries > History > Invoice.

–or–

Click Accounts receivable > Common > Customs export order. Select a sales order, and then, on the Action Pane, click Shipping bill.

Use this form to confirm and print sales orders. You can also post and print picking lists, packing slips, and invoices. The name of this form varies, depending on the path that you use to open the form:

  • Use the Confirm sales order form to confirm and print sales orders.

  • Use the Posting picking list form to print and post picking lists for sales orders.

  • Use the Packing slip posting form to print and post packing slips for sales orders.

  • Use the Posting invoice form to print and post customer invoices for sales orders.

  • Use the Posting shipping bill form to invoice and print the shipping bill for export sales orders.

Open the Temporary sales tax transactions form, where you can view the calculated sales tax.

Shipping bill number

Open the Shipping bill number form, where you can create shipping bill numbers.

Assessable value

Open the Assessable value form, where you can select the basis for calculating customs duty. You can also view the value of the consolidated charges for the selected sales order.
