Click Inventory management > Inquiries > Journals > Certificate of unserviceability.

Using this form, you can generate the details about the Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	View information about generated Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability – Report code, source journal number, report date, and amount.
General	Duplicate information from the Overview tab.
Lines	View collation statement lines – Item number, ledger voucher number, inventory dimensions, posted quantity (surplus or shortage), and amount.

Button	Description
Show	Re-create and print the Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability report.
Voucher	Open the Voucher transactions form, where you can view ledger transactions.
Warehouse	Open a menu item that contains the following items: Lot transactions – Open the Lot transactions form and view inventory transactions. Dimension – Open the Inventory dimensions form to select the dimensions that you want to work with.

Voucher

Open the Voucher transactions form, where you can view ledger transactions.

Warehouse

Open a menu item that contains the following items:

Lot transactions – Open the Lot transactions form and view inventory transactions.
Dimension – Open the Inventory dimensions form to select the dimensions that you want to work with.

Field	Description
Report code	The Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability number.
Journal	The source journal code for the Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability.
Date	The date of the Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability report. Note The date refers to the date in the inventory journal line.
Amount	The amount in the Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability report.
Report type	The type of Torg-16 certificate of unserviceability report.
Transaction	The ledger voucher number that corresponds to the report line.
Item number	The report line item number.
Quantity	The report line quantity.
Unit price	The item price that is posted.
Amount	The item amount.
