Click Inventory management > Journals > Item counting > Counting.

Use this form to print the counting list (INV-3).

You can view this menu option only if you set up Counting list (INV-3) in the Journal names, Inventory form

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tab	Description
Overview	Enter the counting list (INV-3) details.

Button	Description
Officials	Open the Officials form to enter details about the officials to be identified in the counting list (INV-3) report.

Field	Description
Counting list creation date	Select the counting list creation date.
Order number	Enter the order number for which the counting list (INV-3) is to be generated.
Order date	Select the transaction date.
Inventory start date	Select the starting date of the inventory counting period.
Inventory end date	Select the ending date of the inventory counting period.
