Reconciliation details (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Click Cash and bank management > Common > Bank document list. On the Action Pane, on the Bank document tab, click the Reconciliation relations button.

Click Cash and bank management > Common > Bank statements. Select a bank statement, on the Action Pane, click Edit and click the Reconciliation relations button.

Use this form to view matching details for reconciled bank document lines and bank statement lines.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field

Description

Reconcile ID

The name of the bank reconciliation worksheet that the transaction is on.

Matching rule

The name of the matching rule that is connected to the reconciliation.

Cancelled

A selected check box indicates that the bank reconciliation has been canceled.

Booking date

The date the transaction was posted.

Bank statement transaction code

The transaction type of the bank statement line.

Entry reference

The document number assigned to the transaction.

Amount

The amount of the bank statement line.

Direction

The direction of the transaction, which indicates whether the transaction is a debit or a credit transaction.

Text

The text fields related to the imported bank formats.

Document number

The document number of the bank statement line.

Date

The posting date of the bank document line.

Document type

The type of bank document line.

Bank transaction type

The transaction type of the bank document line.

Debit

The debit amount of the bank document line.

Credit

The credit amount of the bank document line.

Related party type

The type of related party that is attached to the bank document line.

Related party

The name of the related party that is attached to the bank document line.

Payment reference

The reference to a specific payment for the bank document line.

Posted

A selected check box indicates that the bank document line is posted.

Cancelled

A selected check box indicates that the bank document line has been canceled.
