(IND) Transfer Quotation to Project wizard (modified form)

Click Project management and accounting > Common > Quotations > Project quotations. Select a quotation that has a status of Confirmed, and then, on the Action Pane, on the Follow up tab, in the Modify group, click Transfer to project.

Use this wizard to associate a quotation with a project and transfer the quotation transactions to a project forecast. You can also transfer quoted items in a confirmed quotation to an item requirement to assist in the procurement process.

Field	Description
Export order	Select this check box to indicate that the item requirement creates an export order when it generates a purchase order. This check box is selected by default if the quotation is for a customer and the Foreign customer check box is selected for the customer on the Tax information FastTab in the Customers form. Note This check box is available only if the Customs check box is selected in the Apply India taxes field group in the Sales tax area in the General ledger parameters form.

Export order

Select this check box to indicate that the item requirement creates an export order when it generates a purchase order.
