Select All to query the on-hand and issued quantity for both working clothes and special rigging items. Select Working clothes to query the on-hand and issued quantity for working clothes only. Select Special rigging to query the on-hand and issued quantity for special rigging only.

Person in charge

Select the identification code for the worker who is in charge of the asset.

Department

Select the department for the worker who is in charge.

Title

Select the job title for the worker who is in charge.

Type of works

Select the type of work for the worker who is in charge.

Item group

Select the item group code for the asset.

Type of rate

Select the type of issue rate.

Division

Select this check box to group the working clothes or special rigging items according to the organization, worker, and quantity details.

Item group

Select this check box to group the working clothes or special rigging items according to the item group, worker, and quantity details.

Issue rate

Select this check box to group the working clothes or special rigging items according to the rate type, worker, and quantity details.

Item

Select this check box to group the working clothes or special rigging items according to the item number, worker, and quantity details.

Quantity by rate

The quantity of the item in the inventory unit.

Actual quantity

The actual quantity of the item.

FA inventory number

The inventory number of the working clothes or special rigging item.

Name

A description of the asset.

Lifetime

The lifetime of the fixed asset.

Issued date

The date on which the working clothes or special rigging item is issued to the worker.

Disposal date

The asset disposal date.
