Ledger journal

Open a menu that contains the following item:

Field	Description
Journal batch number	Enter the tax register journal number.
Description of the journal	Enter a description for the register journal.
Period types	Select the period for which the register journal is generated, from the following options: Months Quarter Half-Yearly Years
Period number	Enter the period number in a year for which the journal is generated.
Years	Enter the year up to which the register journal is specified.
Approved	A selected check box indicates that all registers are approved.
Finish date	The ending period in a year up to which the register journal is generated.
